As you already know, a couple of years ago I purchased a new 2011 Ford Flex from your company. was so pleased with the purchase, and the excellent service that followed, I decided to trade in the Flex with only 15,700 miles and upgrade to a new 2013 Lincoln MKX. Some of the reasons for this decision are listed below. Pam Sniegowski does an outstanding job of treating her customers in a professional and pleasant manner. She is very honest and never tries to high pressure you. I find this to be a breath of fresh air compared to some of your competitors. Jeff Hettiger makes sure you are taken care of as a Great Lakes Ford customer. I few weeks ago I had my Flex serviced and the tires rotated. A couple of days later I returned to have the lug nuts re-torqued. He must have seen me in the waiting home because when I arrived home I had a phone message from him making sure I didn't have a problem. When I bought my MKX I thought it came with winter floor mats. That was my mistake. When I purchased the Flex it came with both sets of mats, so I figured the same was true for the Lincoln and I made mention of this after the sale was completed. It was "over the top" of you Chris to order and give those mats to me free of charge! Now that is taking care of business, and satisfying the customer. It is easy to understand why customers return to Great Lakes for their next vehicle purchase. It is refreshing to come into your business and be greeted with "Hi Gary", not ''Ah, you look familiar" or "What's your name again". You and your staff do a fine job of learning customer's name. This is very noticeable. Put this all together and I firmly believe you and your staff do an impeccable job of taking care of business. It is a pleasure to do business with you.
